Quick start

  1. Open New email in Outlook and launch MergeBird from the ribbon.
  2. Template: write your subject and body, dropping in fields like {{first_name}}.
  3. Recipients: upload a CSV/Excel file or paste a table; pick the email column.
  4. Files: (optional) attach a shared file, or match a different file to each recipient by a column.
  5. Preview any recipient, then Send — use Dry run first to send the batch to yourself.

Common questions

My emails aren't sending — what should I check?

Make sure you approved the one-time Microsoft sign-in/consent prompt, that the email column has valid addresses, and that you're under your plan's monthly limit. Failed rows show a reason in the Send step.

How do per-recipient attachments work?

Add a column to your spreadsheet with each row's file name, upload all the files, and MergeBird matches them by name — it shows how many matched before you send.

Why are my sends paced/slow?

Microsoft limits how fast any mailbox can send (~30/min). MergeBird paces automatically to stay within those limits and keep you deliverable. You can watch progress and pause/resume any time.

How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?

Upgrade from inside the add-in (Send step). To manage or cancel a subscription, use the billing portal link, or email us and we'll help.

Yes — your email content never touches our servers. See our Privacy Policy.
